If the tenant has a service dog to help with anxiety, seizures, or something of that nature.

Sorry, for some reason the question did not appear. I was asking if there are laws protecting tenants from eviction due to non payment of rent if they have a service dog and during the month have an issue with anxiety or a seizure or something like that.  State of Florida.

No.  Having a service animal or emotional support animal, etc., is never a reason to get out of paying rent.  Being disabled does not get you out of paying rent.

Tenants are very rarely not required to pay rent, and it's usually related to a landlord not doing maintenance.  And even then, sometimes they have to put their rent into an escrow account while they get a magistrate or the court involved, etc.  The processes are very specific and if the tenant doesn't do it right, they can be evicted.
