We are a community of close to 50k that has not incorporated so the county controls zoning/planning. 

I've been reviewing the Bexar County Clerk's website, and man...I just can't tell if they've been repaid, cancelled, extinguished etc.

Hi John - We do have one property that will not be profitable or just about break even in 2024 due to all the unforeseen maintenance items:  pool heater, roof, pool fence, handy man over a dozen times, remodeling took 3 months instead of 3 weeks, etc. 

B Alexander Home Improvement is a great handy man.

@Dalton O'Donnell is the man to talk to about lending.

A man called me within 24 hours and asked me some questions including whether or not I had at least $10,000 to invest.
