I have a 3 story house with 4 baths (tub/shower, sink, toilet), a jacuzzi on the 3rd floor, 8 beds (sometimes more), 2 washers, 3 dryers, a kegorator, gym equipment in the basement, big gas grill, big charcoal grill, pecan tree in the yard, 5 HDTVs, and it's haunted.It gets rented out to men doing contract work at a refinery. 

Outside there is a gas and charcoal grill, horseshoes. 

We found a $2500 green egg grill which took multiple people to get it to our house. 

The Jersey Shore Ocean County meetup is tonight at Water Street Bar and Grill in Toms River at 6:30pm. 

Often they get there later than they thought and don't want to fire up the grill.

Depending on how far you are looking to travel, there is a meetup in Belmar at the Beach Haus Brewery and one in Toms River at Water Street Bar and Grill. 

I don't even bother reporting stolen grills or mowers. 

He saw half a dozen grills in my carport that were in various stages of being refurbished.Today I was in the back yard where the grill was stolen, and I saw what looked like my grill in the back yard of the house next door.

Hi Eric,Maybe bootstrap the construction costs and build one house and live in it while building it, then sell it and build another.Live rough for while, a microwave, a grill, a hotplate, a hose, a min-fridge, a mini-hot water heater and a portable heater.Good Luck!

If your property has a 15' yard and your neighbors can watch you grilling from their kitchen then a privacy fence would be nice and help attract better tenants.Overall... don't just look at 'does _____ increase rent?'
