I am looking into areas outside my native market (southern California, mainly LA), to diversify and enjoy a bit more cash flow (looking into Ohio and finding some good stuff, taking a Cleveland trip soon), BUT I find it crazy when people here point fingers at those of us in this market for taking on deals with lower cap rates in OK but improving areas and considerable rehab and valuable potential.
