Hi everyone,

I have been listening to podcast for a 3 months, so I wanted to say hi and introduce myself. My name is Trevor a Louisiana native. I'm in my mid 30's doing Sales and Design for local Pool Construction company.

I'm here to connect an learn a little more on getting into rental properties, because I want to begin making deals by next year. I've caught the bug and already doing pro forma research on properties and quite entertaining! 

So, I'm interested in learning more about purchasing rental properties.

In my quest I can provide hard work and construction skills, especially in pool related area, in exchange to gain experience or potentially work a few deals with you all.

It is a pleasure to be on here, and to eventually meet with you all.
