The townhouse is a 3-story, 1855 SF, techie town home with a 2-car garage, 500 SF of storage in a highly desirable area near many Corporate HQ's, walking distance to shopping, dining, music clubs, dry cleaner, hair salons, spas, gym, yoga, a Marriott & entertainment.

I listen to them if I am driving anywhere and also at the Gym.

I have a property that has mold 33 ft from the floor (indoor gym) So the look of the end product is important.

I am getting a gym membership tonight to help with this cause.

It's a food desert (closest grocery stores are in Commerce City and Stapleton), there is no gym access within 20 min. besides the small rec center, there is virtually nothing you can walk to for food, and the closest veterinarian is in Park Hill. 

I was working  out at the gym the other day and this lady my age was talking to someone about working 3 jobs.

I am a believer in being actively engaged with any memberships (unlike the gym where you pay the fee and never go...), so it's not so much about the money as it is about fit and value.Thanks so much.
