So, we have been looking at amending our current Certificate of Formation by adding an Article that makes it a Series LLC.Has anyone done this in Delaware before?

Who is everyone using for llc formation?

If only more information was put into a practical format in school.

I am waiting to see some innovation in Home buying, like more lease to buy formats etc or something else that may change the transaction of Home buying but I bet the millennials will live in homes no different than the previous gens.

Does anyone have a lease format that they could send me or could someone point me in the right direction?

You're in luck, the LLC fees were slashed this year to a cheap price, in order to encourage business formations. 

We have a lot of 3 story office properties and it would be great to have a stacking plan that showed all three floors at once in a 3D format. 

In this case, the implementation of the IRA-owned LLC format will become the better tool for the job.
