It has the hand writing font and just says I am interested in buying the house.  

Fonts and colors are a bit 90s.

@Dillwyn Mathurin you can just print them out using a font that looks like handwriting or pay a local kid to write them out for cheap.

This will cost you some more time and ink, but the paper will feed great and you'll have lines.I still don't understand how people get yellow legal paper to run through the printer correctly AND get the font to print just right so that it looks like it's written on the lines.

so I made a yellow letter template in Word and typed it in with a handwriting font.

Thoughts on the first time using it - would have been more readable if the moderators had different font colors, or if each comment was shaded slightly different.

I used handwritten envelopes with your typical yellowletter "I would like to buy your house for cash" handwritten font on the paper.
