If so, tell them that they need to make the unit available for showings (with notice from you ahead of time) and you will try to minimize the disruption.

I know when we do showing for renting near the end of a lease, we try to do them at the same time to minimize the disruption. 

I do not need to market the property so there fortunately will not be any tenant disruption. 

Otherwise a long time back on my own podcast I did an interview with a guy named Scott Sutherland who accepted the high level of disruption, along with his wife, by always keeping their house open for AirBnB.

There's no reason to disrupt what's working.  

We will continue to see the landscape of the traditional RE sales business disrupted in various ways.

What people forget is that tenants don't get any benefit from the disruption of selling a property.

So if the tenant is responsible they call a few days before move in there is no disruption in service and no need for adults.

It also allows tenants to "weed themselves out" without having the expense and disruption of eviction.
