The entire real estate agent model is at threat over time as younger generations are comfortable with using technology to buy and sell anything. 

Send an email/text/call on the days with freeze threats. 

We would be out of business and all of us would be facing much bigger threats to our wealth if rents dropped like that!  

In my experience, realtors have issues with wholesalers because they are a threat. 

Now there are a couple ways to mitigate this threat.

Very easy.Many times, I can get tenants to leave with just the threat of an eviction because they don’t want it on their record.now in NJ or NY, god help you.

My concern is that I've had tenants who seem great at the outset and total nightmare, constant threats about every little thing after a month or two.
