He does have a lot of friends who are working with/for Wall Street Fund managers, real estate, new crypto creators, and of course, other doctors as well.However, I guess the important factor we agree on is that he doesn't have experience in real estate himself, only hearing information from other people.

The material is just a bonus for being a member, plus they have what they call huddle calls each week so you can pick up on what others are doing and the creators (Chris Chico and Gary Boomershine) are doing that are successful in their businesses.
