I just came across the an LG compact Washer/Dryer that seems to a great solution.

Does anyone have experience buying and renting properties in Maine? Specifically eastern Maine. I've lived here my whole life and am now thinking about investing in real estate in my area.

If the former you'd need to constantly monitor things and the proportions to avoid issues with whatever laws/rules there are.  

It's usually blown way out of proportion.

Looks like I will need to give my contractor a call today and talk through some different options.Currently, the property does not have separately metered utilities so all utilities are split proportionally based upon per person occupancy.

I agree that in proportion to the size of the US economy foreign nations do not import enough from the US, which is a sign that the US as proportionally less to offer that people desire.

But in terms of time, money and effort of getting a sales license first and the outcome i.e. having to work with a broker should have a pay back that is proportional to the work you put in as a wholesaler or birdogger.
