Hey all,

New to the community! I have been investing for a few years.  I'm currently buying and holding properties for long term growth.  I will probably have a bunch of questions, so I decided to give bigger pockets a try.

My formal training is architecture from the University of Miami SOA and received a B.Arch.  Worked for the City of Miami as an Urban Designer for a while.  Left to continue my education in Urban Design at University of California at Berkeley, Masters of Urban Design (MUD program).  After graduating, I went to work as the Director of Urban Design and Development for Downtown Houston.

My ultimate goal is to become a developer and design/built walkable compact mixed use communities.

I currently have 7 SFRs 5 of which are rentals.  I am about to close on my 8th house.  The process is pretty scary, but I'm beginning to find my groove.
