Once in city hall, I visited Department of Records, office 154-Office of Deeds, office 180-Register of wills, Sheriff's office (100 Broad St.), Municipal Building (office of taxation), Office of Housing and Comunity Development and Office of Property Assessment per each office referral until they start referring me back to each other with no luck.

There are multiple ways that the structure can be enhanced.You've brought up more topics than could possibly be done justice in a forum post....real estate investing is so broad, with an incredible array of tools and strategies - it sounds like you'd like to introduce your investors to so much at once.

However, real estate is such a broad field, everytime I dive into something around the corner there's always something new and honestly it's pretty scary.

When it comes to areas that people in their 20's and 30's you'll find it's quite broad.

@William Jenkins, I understand your personal preference but you're making some pretty broad statements that just don't jive with reality. 

It's really tough to be able to just give you broad advice without knowing what areas of investing you are looking to venture into.
