@George WendtThe areas I would suggest to you in Detroit is in neighborhoods like Rosedale Park, University District, Boston Edison, Woodbridge, Midtown, Corktown, Sherwood Forest, Green Acres, East English Village, Indian Village, Grandmont and few othe r areas that border some of these areas.

English eat Squab (pigeon), and I love sushi.During the late 70s and 80s there was a big cultural adjustment for recent immigrants in certain part of the county I grew up in (Orange County) and inappropriate, over the top jokes about missing dogs were rampant.Maybe your lease clause should be modified to read: "...no dogs as pets or livestock".

There is then a motivation not mess over folks too much.As to public forums, if I were on, say an aviation site in a conversation about FAA maintenance requirements and I knew I didn't really have expertise in maintenance requirements, I wouldn't be advising an owner of an aircraft about his scheduled inspections.

Not only have I been to Yacolt, I did an inservice with the North Country Emergency Medical Service there, teaching how to communicate with patients who are Deaf and those who use languages other than English.
