newbie- inherited apartment in BANGKOK need help

hey im really new, and i don't know much and i know this is wayy out of the topic being that i have inherited a small apartment in Bangkok, Thailand. it's currently vacant and i have no way to go out there to check it out. i want some tenants so i can get some fast money. whats my first moves? someone
