I remember seeing 'Star Trek: Generations' at the Linden Theater in Caldwell and the people in the audience freaking out when Captain Kirk said he was at his uncle's ranch in Idaho, cause back then it seemed like Idaho was the state the U.S. forgot it had!  

By purchasing it, I would own the entire mountainside, and could offer joint bookings to access those looking for 8+ bedrooms, connect them with hiking trails, and offer amenities that complement one another (i.e. home theater in the larger one, different types of games, etc.). 

Some good advice and suggestions above.Keep in mind that lots of people PAY for tickets to events like sports and concerts and theater, and don't go even though they paid.

But it is in the hands of the same people that built Newport on the Levee with movie theaters occupying river view locations!!!! 

This basic approach goes to all amenities, heated towel racks, heated floors, fireplaces, pools, spas, wine chiller, double ovens, micro-convection oven, theater rooms, whatever.

So for those years Camden was it's own entity:  industry, business, stores, restaurants, theaters, libraries, museums, schools, and assorted fine housing for everyone.  

If you remember the area by Howard Theater back then, look at it now.
