The clerk explained to her how to file paperwork to rehear her case, this young lady also wanted to file contempt of court charges against her landlord, since she is in the process of filing bankruptcy and listed her landlord as creditor in her bankruptcy proceedings and allegedly notified her landlord of such and he (landlord) still proceeded with her eviction.

Mold on hardwood floors sounds little unusual but I guess not impossible.I would arange to have the Father meet you there so you can both look at the apartment together and both see this alleged mold on the floor, and if there is mold than sure you can early get it remediated relatively cheap.Had there been a flood,moisture or any leaks in the rental unit prior?

And this particular agent allegedly handles investment properties a lot.Personally, I think when I look at it that way, 85% or 89% is low - even if you account for the notion that the intended ARV may very well have been 150k and they list a house at 155k or 160k so as to "settle" for that number during negotiations.
