If you're looking for the all-in-one I'd go with a PM software (others have suggested some) and do what you can with it.Then, as you grow further, look at more sophisticated/expensive options.

I have done it multiple times and always suggest it as the best way to start.

I am not suggesting that you cannot diversify however are you looking for cash flow or is buying now, holding for appreciation and or forcing appreciation is your play.Good luck on your journey!

I'll definitely check out Set For Life by Scott Trench and The Total Money Makeover by Dave Ramsey for more financial insights.Watching BiggerPockets podcasts and networking with local investors are great suggestions.

Philly has a ton of opportunity, but since you are new to the area, I would suggest waiting six months before you buy anything there so you can really understand the block construction of the area.

I have never been shy of facing challenges and I truly believe knowledge is power (something my grandfather taught me at a young age)I really want to learn everything there is to learn about realestate and am driven and hungry.Thanks in advance for any suggestions or recommendations.
