I'm not a member of ICSC but was able to find some "hand-me-down" books on amazon from the ICSC's site bookstore.

i am always intrigued when I check out the magazine section of a book store and the only investing rags are those that focus on stocks and equities.

Until then scour the internet, library and bookstores for any and all materials dealing with real estate.

If not a very good selection of real estate books - check out the local book stores.

Go to any college book store, you can get used books for cheap.

I think when I'm next at the bookstore I'm going to get a copy of the books that you and Steve have recommended as well.

I'd suggest you go to the library or book store and grab half a dozen books on real estate investing.

However, there are many other investors who aren’t where you are yet and for those who don’t have what you built and put in place – we help them get there – that’s all.And I can agree with you about the power of the collective experience that is here on BP (and I’d add - other sites, the library, and the bookstore).

Besides the internet, do not overlook the library and bookstores also.
