I would go towards Beverly Hills,Hamilton, Northwood, Loch Raven, Morgan state and surronding etc...Also Ashburton, West Forest Park would be a decent ones for the price range.

I did my comp as much as I can do on redfin and zillow and the comps are 325k - 400k.This property is not in beverly hills, but also not the worst area of los angeles.Please note I am looking for someone who lives/ or does business in Los Angeles as a Flipper.

You're in Beverly Hills, so that's always going to be its own market, and the westside in general.

I am a house hacker/agent in Beverly, MA but there aren't a ton of meetups in the North Shore area.

Just want a safe area for my wife to come home to, does not need to be Beverly Hills by any means.
