@Scott Carson  the lady there told me that they made loans on these homes and they are now bad and they want to dump them..

Please say yes, and never hire a “tax guy” or a “tax lady”… please.

My father went so far as to tell me that I was "ripping off old ladies."

I am on top of cleaning up all shrubs ,grass,weed overgrowth but my other neighbors are not and their overgrowth overflows into mine because the neighboring homes are less than 3ft awayand I don't have the capacity to clean up their mess and the lady as well as the muncipality convenienyly keep targetting my property for my neighbors mess and to be honest it's not a big deal in the grand scheme of things but unfortunately I am facing the brunt because of that miserable neighbor who instead of dealing with her own crisis is trying hard to be punitive on her neighbors, how should I best address this issue?

I have a cleaning lady that I'm not 100% pleased with, but that I'm keeping on as back up.

Now I'm curious if this is the same lady!

I have properties managed by both ladies & they rock. 

I know the lady who I bought it from is a realtor and did all the work.

A nice flow of the house will always make a lady happy,  and of course the kitchen.Try and make the house as open as possible when your ready to move it, just dressers, and beds, and very the least amount of furniture the better.Way to go Julie and family, I miss Colorado!!!

bigger pocket did a show like that. the lady. all she did was rent to traveling nurse. she save alot in re models and cleaning
