Save my contact information for another day.So I went through the process of handwriting the template, leaving blanks, bought a good black and red fine point marker to fill in the blanks…then began photocopying on yellow lined paper from Kmart.

Tablet paper isn't printed and bound evenly so when you tear out the sheets the lines aren't lined up the same.You'll find that more expensive brands are better and the other solution is to create a lined document and print on blank paper two sided.And mailing words over lines is much better than not mailing.

Honesty well lets take both sides of that coinYOu have investors trying to buy homes as cheap as they can and you have home owners trying to ( at least we hope they are trying to ) sell for as much as they can.I think the investor buyer who is very proud of the great smoking deal they just got probably is not real up front with the profit they are going to make.. and or if asked point blank how much they will make I could see many cases were a less than honest answer may come out....
