Looking at this objectively I want to tell myself that the end goal of the deals (that may take 3-6 months) will be a lump a cash that is my income and that I have to be patient and thats how this business is.

Turnkey companies and the properties advertised this way can really, really vary in quality and yet, they can all look and sound exactly the same.More than ever, the need to be patient, ask lots of questions, not just jump into sending someone or some company money because it sounded great is very, very important.

It's a bit of a hassle, but they seem a lot more reasonable than most towns and look mostly for safety issues which is never a bad thing.
