Web sites and PDF one pagers would be a good place to start.

I use many different web platforms, including airbnb, and am actually developing my own currently to cater to my niche.  

Hi Everyone, I have looked all over the web, and see so many Real Estate Gurus, and wanted to know if anyone has had good experience with any of the Real Estate investing programs. 

There are plenty of resources on BiggerPockets or other web sites that explain what a good manager looks like, what they do and don't do, etc.

I'm actually working on putting together a web-map/application to help me analyze property metrics and market trends.

The more I read BiggerPockets, the web and IRS documents, the more confused I get.

Take the sign down, put your apt on web site,, and meet new tenants your self with appointment show up early so they don't have chance to meet the other tenant. 

That goes back to folks only reading the exciting stories of someone coming across a property where the owner just wants to dump it for next to nothing (which is awesome), but setting their expectations that this is the way it is every time.With the requirements some people present to me, like they only want properties that are 40% under fmv, no rehab needed, huge cap rate, and cash flowing in a class A area, they are essentially asking for slot machine jackpot returns with bank account risk levels.

The education field out on the web is plenty, but I am not sure spending thousands of $$ on these "wonderful" courses is the way to go.
