Is there any real real step by step real estate programs?

Hi Everyone, 

I have looked all over the web, and see so many Real Estate Gurus, and wanted to know if anyone has had good experience with any of the Real Estate investing programs. 

I want to learn real estate investment the right way and do it full time.

any advice would be greatly appreciated.
