@Skylar Simpson  again just relaying what the state lady said to me.. just call the CCB  they will fill you in on the developers license I got fined TWICE this year on this situation one was 5k the other was 1k. 

I ask them if they have 83 beds in 23 STRs, and a cleaning lady that does it for free and sleeps with them.

Landlord is selling the 2 family NYC home we live in & the lady and I are trying to figure out how we can buy it to use as an owner occupied property.

           I have 20 acres under contract in Lady Lake, Florida and I want to divide property into separate lots to create mobile home park. 

The main lady over at the sheriffs office is good and very helpful.

I've got a lady who cleans my houses for free. 

Bruce, the site manager who rarely answered the phone or returned any messages, told me that he would get his cabinet lady in there on Monday.
