Question on "Possession of Real Estate" term
Hi All,
I finally got a judgement in court to get access to my property by the end of the month from my crazy tenant.
Online in the court records the case shows up as:
RESIDENTIAL FORCIBLE ENTRY AND DETAINER (POSSESSION AND MONEY JUDGMENT |
The final entry shows up as:
POSSESSION OF REAL ESTATE
The next hearing is set for July 12 2017. This is in case he is not out by June 30th we can request the judge sign the order to allow the sheriff to remove him. (The case shows up as "Closed")
Does this "POSSESSION OF REAL ESTATE" mean he has been evicted? I also have a monetary judgement.
Just curious as to know what this term means.
Thanks all and thank you all for helping me through this tough time with an insane tenant! I learnt a LOT!!!!!!
