Properties near the heart of town look to be very expensive (Montrose, Midtown, Heights, Wash Ave) and I am not familiar with the other areas of Houston since I just moved here.

I have sold 4 of my aircraft through brokers they get listing agreements.. they advertise them.. take the potential buyers on pre buy flights to make sure the avionics autopilot etc is all working.. they help arrange financing.. they wash the plane and fill it with fuel when its delivered to the new owner..
