In my opinion, the titles that are most valuable are the ones that exclude others (let you do something others can not)..

On a development that will include such amenities, you definitely will have a real estate attorney involved from the beginning that will guide you on those things.

I agree you should hook up with someone that knows the city well and can guide you.

I have recently joined my local REI club and I believe that stories from fellow investors, both success and failures, are a lot more valuable than reading ''gurus'' inside tips.
