Hello Everyone, My name is Mohammad and I'm 23 years old. I have made an account here but never took the time to actually check out the forum. Now I have made a firm decision that I will learn and eventually make my first deal in real estate investment (starting with residential properties then move to commercial). A little bit of background on me, I am from Kuwait but have gone to school in California with a double major in real estate and finance. I am looking for guidance as to how to start to achieve my goal of investing in my first property. I currently am working full time. Any advice is much appreciated. -Mohammad
