I've never heard the term 'illegal pedestrian' for a jaywalker or 'illegal driver' for someone that forgot his license. 

As for the risk, our showing system requires that they submit a driver's license or photo ID, so we have a record of who has accessed the home.

Then, I faxed a photo copy of may recent pay stubs, drivers license and SSN.

It could have been a random drunk driver in the lot, or a delivery truck--those things have a lot of heavy duty iron on the back.Good Luck!

I have a lot of info on these people including SS, drivers license, the licenses of their multiple cars etcI'd rather spend some money to locate them etc, and start the process then see how much I cand o rather than sign with a collection agency/lawyer, where they could just not do anything because they're not really motivated to collect etc.

Seems unlikely though since he is a truck driver and hard to track down.

All he has is a driver's license and an ID from Mexico. 

All of that raises the demographic economic base of the town, but the University is the biggest driver there by far.
