I can see your halo but if you want a friend, I'll be your friend, I won't live in your house, I won't borrow your money and I won't destroy your house as a matter a fact I won't even live in the same state as you.I learned a long time ago you cannot let tenants be your friends, its sad to feel sorry for people but at some point people have to take responsibilty for their own lives.

It takes both sides for solutions and we won't have that thanks to types like Ryan for a long time.Sadly, politicians want us to believe that there are only two sides, and you're either "for us or against us"...you can't possibly believe some of both sides (and some of neither).More sadly, some people apparently are falling for it...Oh well.

(I've had friends who sadly spent money on mentoring only to have to pay more) I can't wait to ask, read, and learn from everyone.

Sadly I was excited to get my first paycheck after 5 months of work but I guess not, but I won't give up.

Sure, there's the "oh, that's sad" moment but in some states you have to disclose the death for a certain amount of time as well as the manner in which it occurred. 

So they can make up some sad story about why they need the TV on super loud every night? 

who wants to read my crappy sad story anyway?".  

Its really sad to see developers and flippers comparing their 6% with a savings account yield as if they are the same kind of risk profile.
