I know in Oregon its for sure true I have 3 separate developers licenses and have been fined twice to the tune of 6k for not having them..

Haven't zeroed in yet, or developed a database.    

They offered to sell it for what they owe on it, which is within 20-30k of the comps being sold in the same development.

I have 15 years experience as a Project Manager building Multi- Family projects anywhere from 9 unit town homes, 200 mid rise projects, to 400 unit Garden Style developments on previously undeveloped land.

To refine and develop my real estate skills I am always pulling up random stuff on real estate websites.

@Melanie HeigesThe cable from Spain to Virginia Beach has been laid underground finally and there is going to be a giant data hub similar to Ashburn VA near corporate landing.There’s tons of develop that is going to create jobs and hopefully make the market boom.They are also building a giant sporting complex near the convention center.

I have analyzed so many developments that I can 'see' the numbers on the deal in my head.

Working on developing those relationships to ensure quicker turn time on this next one.
