Convinced that nobody can read, I started putting "two animals max" without the weight limit in my ads and now I have renters with a little chihuahua, a dachshund. a small lab mix and a fat housecat.

I personally use my wind down time later in the evening to write all of the non-asap offers, and if its a hot-hot-hot property I can write it up for your signature in Dotloop or DocuSign on my cell and you can sign it on your cell before we even leave the property.
