Well these are generalizations and some of these answers will vary more specifically by investor and lender.But I do want to correct your percentages a little more thoroughly (And only cause I am SO VERY TIRED of uneducated investor offers based on these - I want to stop the spread of these myths).

So first question I have is what is causing your DTI to be too high specifically?

Like do they cause any damages to the properties?

The only use would be to cause you water issues and it's unnecessary and the bedroom would be more spacious without it.

It made the buyer back out of the sale because this buyer was convinced that the house could cause birth defects. 

Though the previous tenants lived there for a long time and kept it up, it may cause issues if the new tenants ask you to fix items that may not be necessary.

Rick,That would not cause an issue with buying an FHA loan in regard to having a rental first. 

Lighting can cause tons of damage you can’t see unless you have X ray vision.

I am glad it did not cause a fire.
