I work in Los Angeles as a Reality TV Editor but spending 10-12 hours in an editing bay has not only killed my eyes but OPENED my eyes to realizing this is not what I want to do for the rest of my life.

For me, my off time would have otherwise been spend performing menial tasks and/or wasted watching tv.

I work in tv and film but I’m also very interested in getting into real estate as a side hustle. 

They each have at least a big screen tv and seating.

Then there's not much you can do if someone wants to camp out in the basement or sleeps on the sofa in the tv room.
