Wholesaling already seems “fishy” to people who have never heard of the concept before, so I’m not sure that I would go against my integrity with this.Has that, or similar examples, worked for you?

I also know expert investors buying on market deals via the MLS because of the realistic high integrity expectations of the sellers and listing agents.   

Both contractors were great to work with - high integrity and quality, and reasonable pricing.Left Side required mostly cosmetics - new floors, new bathrooms, new kitchen, new appliances, drywall, new electrical upstairs, and paint.Right Side was on oil heat (50+ year old furnace!!!)

I need a management software that has all that integrated.

Whatever.When it comes right down to it @Cody MacRae, just do what you're going to do and do it with integrity.

The realtor wasn't real bright or integrity-filled. 

J,I think red flags 1 and 4 can be resolved with some casual conversation and probing questions.Flag 1) Sounds like a possible integrity issue.

Problems are an integral part of life!

So, right out of the gate the wholesaler isn't batting too well on the integrity scale are they......I think not.
