I have been learning on Bigger Pockets for the past month and I am so grateful to everyone here who contributes to this site.

I know this is a vague question, but any advice would be grateful.

I am grateful to be able to contribute where I can and am thankful for the opportunity to learn from so many people.If it's alright, I'd like to share a little bit about my story in case it might be helpful to anyone out there and to hear some thoughts on my next deal.

My mentor recommended it to me, and considering he's in the States and I'm in Canada, he told me to learn from and network with people on here.My goals are to be financially stable in the short term, to own property in the US (and live there), and to own and develop real estate in the Philippines including farmland and commercial properties.I'm really eager to learn all I can, so I'm grateful for such a great site.

If anybody reading this could double-check my ideas and let me know if there is a better idea out there, I would be so grateful!
