Hi all,

I have been a silent observer on this forum for less than a year. I have been mostly watching and learning from the podacast and from you all. First I'd like to say thank you to all of you; I am grateful to be a part of this knowledgable group!

I am based in NY/NJ area but I am looking to help a friend get out of a foreclosure by investing in her property in Washington DC. I would really appreciate any recommendations for a great property manager, a really good and responsive real estate attorney, and any advice on the DC market.

Thanks in advance and I look forward to possiblhy connecting with some of you.
