Every person was wanting to get involved in stock market game and is the same today as regards to real estate rentalsroofstock is selling build to rent houses in memphis for $190kish. numbers dont make sense to me but will to first timers who will be given the logic that no mainteance for ten years but that maintenace is built in the price of the house.

I assumed that wholesaling is the easiest to accomplish with a complete lack of capital as a beginning investor, however yesterday with 1 specific property I found, I find myself asking why would I want to hand this over to someone else, for a small fee, when my end game is to own property.
