When I was first starting out in Milwaukee, I bought a 3 bedroom SFH as my 2nd Milwaukee investment.  3 years later the tenant moved out and I rehabbed it by painting the entire interior (walls, trim, and doors), adding new doorknobs and refinishing the HW floors.

It was hard to tell before because everything was so ugly that I didn't notice (windows where installed repeatedly over each other with 50+ year old worn trim).My conundrum is that I am trying to add trim around the windows, and can't think of a way to hide the above problem.
