Ot seems there are more mentors/coaches than there are RE investors.

I’d really like to have a mentor to guide me and keep me accountable, which would greatly increase the probability of success.

Do you know people who can do the work or can mentor you?

They also set you up with mentors out the gate (you split commissions) for your first few sales/buys. 

Just connect with mentor(s) who gain delve out knowledge for you to apply depending on your circumstances.
