How to start Fix and Flip house without experience?

Tony Zhang
Posted

Hi I'm looking to start the flip house but I don't have any experience with fix and flip.

Do I start DIY ourself or hire a contractor to do the project and learn more them? Which way will save my time and money?

How does anyone start flip their house at the beginning without experience?

@Tony Zhang

In that case I would not flip a house now. Instead, I would recommend spending the next 6-12 months (min) educating yourself. Keep reading BP, watch YouTube, read books, join your local REIA, talk to other investors, save money, study the market you're interested in, etc., etc.
