@Steven Denio Construction fencing may scare off buyers (nobody wants to live next to a construction site) even if you can't reuse the poles it just takes a few cuts with wire cutters to take down the main fence part at which point it can be rolled up and used elsewhere.

here are some numbers spent around 75k for 2 multi family(4 units) spent around 10k in rehabbing 3 units and are rented, i have the 4th one which needs rehab but iam out of funds and waiting for cashflow from the 3 rentals so i can fix the 4th unit.ThxSachin Welcome to the site Sachin.

Maybe you can take a crack at using the assessors site in a market that updates annually, but good luck in California (just as an example).
