I went back to the corporate world in 2013 and completed my undergraduate and graduate degree and stopped appraising. 

They do not view the world as we do and for the most part as their landlord you will be a glorified baby sitter.

Wow, thanks for sharing @Jack Medford and @Tyler Kaye you have echoed some of my own thoughts.My wife has stayed home since our son (almost 2 yrs old) was born and it has been tight for us for sure but we wouldn't trade it for the world.

I've dabbled in real estate for a few years(seriously only like 4 or 5), and now I am starting to get into the world of the unknown, taxes!!   

I am new in the world of real state, i just want to know the best options for beginners, it is worth getting the real state license?

Bastrop appears to be new construction or flips, a bit too pricy.Ya but your dog will love it.. you could go to tri cities  Walla Walla not much snow and world class wines.. the proximetly to British Columbia and northern Idaho and Montana  oh man its awesome
