In Nashville's Market, there's Tough Competition, with lots of people trying to buy houses, so you need to be quick to grab a good deal.

It took me about 7 months of consistently marketing to sellers to obtain a contract and proof of concept.I would be more than happy to guide you through what I'm doing that's working for me.

I am considering hiring a mediator to attempt to encourage him to move more quickly, or possibly firing him and finishing the rest myself or hiring another GC to finish the project.

@Ross Benedict Depends how quickly you need to close and if you are prepared for the long wait times to ultimately close on the property.
