I just wanted to create this post to give my personal review on Pace Morby's Subto community.

REI is a long term journey so while you may have some short term pressures, it's ok to take it at your own pace.

I am still considering buying Pace Morby's sub to training on top.

I want to learn and network at a quicker pace but don’t want to waste my money on education I can get anywhere and/or on a false community.

I have plans in place to add a second furnace when the current furnace goes but there is no immediate need as the heating cost is built into rent.I have been more concerned with water/sewer costs as they have been rising at a faster pace.

Seems like a typical company acquiring at a rapid pace and then centralizing everything to reduce cost at the expense of their customers.

Leverage is your friend it will allow you to accelerate at a much quicker pace .

I suspect high gas prices has a lot to do with the glacial pace of RSVPs.
