Subto Community Review

Good morning! I just wanted to create this post to give my personal review on Pace Morby's Subto community. Joining the Subto community was quite possibly the best decision I've ever made. Prior to that I was struggling to find hungry like minded individuals to network with and do deals with. Joining Subto provided me with access to weekly in person local meetups, almost daily zoom meetings covering various topics, and access to thousands of people doing things at a high level! 

Everyone is extremely helpful in the community and the community members are always coming out with new content. Right now we are learning how to buy businesses with zero down! I joined as a Subto and Gator Lending member. I never knew anything about building corporate credit and was able to build the credit profile on 5 businesses we own with zero interest credit cards/lines totaling over $250,000. They also set my various LLC's up for anonymity. This community has introduced me to all the high level tactics and strategies that I knew existed but wanted to know how to implement. I've met so many people because of the Subto community and can't wait to see where I'll be in 2 years!
