Suggestions on Mentorships?

I've been researching wholesaling and general REI for the past 5months. I've listened to many podcasts and overall I have a few mentorships that I'm interested in and was wondering if anyone has had any experience and would like to share?

Sean Terry’s: 1st Check Challenge, Brent Daniels, Pace Morby, Jamil Damji: Astro Flipping.

My strategy is cold calling, mailers, and texting (while it lasts). Wholesaling is my priority but I would love to gain some properties via subto.

I like Sean for the experience and the overall knowledge, Brent for cold calling, Pace is creative finance genius, and Jamil I haven’t done a lot of research on but seems to be killin it.

@Matthew Berry I’m new to the business. TTP in general has been great! Cold Calling is the best way to get in front of sellers. I’ve gotten my first two deals in the past 90 days. One of them was CC the other was a referral.
